Exchange & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with us at PadPod SG! We generally do not accept any exchanges and/ or refunds unless there is a manufacturing defect on these padpods upon delivery. The defective padpods can be returned for an exchange within 10 days of purchase if they are bought from www.padpodsg.com, and only if they fulfil the conditions below. 

Should you purchase your padpods from other offline retailers, please approach them directly for an exchange or refund for defective padpods.



1. You can only return an item for an exchange (within 10 days of purchase):

  • If the item is damaged/ incorrect in its original packaging upon delivery; or
  • If the item is defective and not functional, for example, there is a hole or a tear
. 

 

2. These items may be returned for an exchange if it meets the following conditions:

  • If you had bought the item on: www.padpodsg.com
  • The item is not used and it is in its original packaging
  • You have proof of purchase of the item, typically the receipt, so we recommend you keep your packaging and receipt for at least the first 10 days after purchase.

 

3. Refunds are only valid due to manufacturer's defect and request within 10 working days for all domestic orders and within 30 working days for all international orders.

 

4. If you request for a refund, the purchase price (excluding delivery charges for online purchase) will be refunded to you using the original payment method once we have received the returned item back and confirmed that it meets the conditions stated in point 3.

  • If you had paid for the items using credit card online, you will be refunded back through your credit card. This will take approx 3-5 working days for the amount to be refunded. You will be notified when the amount has been refunded.

 

5. You may return the defective padpods to:


  • By post to: 

    AGVA Group Pte Ltd, Blk 625 Aljunied Road, Aljunied Industrial Complex, #04-07, Singapore 389836. 
    You will be responsible for any costs incurred when returning the items to us.
  • By bringing the item down to Blk 625 Aljunied Road, Aljunied Industrial Complex, #04-07, Singapore 389836 between Monday - Friday, 10am to 6pm. Please call to make an appointment during the Covid season as we are limiting the number of people coming to the office.

 

6. If you had purchased the item at any of our stockists in Singapore, please contact the stockist you had purchased the item(s) from directly for any exchange or refund matters. We will not be liable or responsible to do an exchange or refund on behalf of them.

 



7. We will not be able to do an exchange or refund for items which have been used.

 

8. We will also not accept any exchange or refunds without a receipt of the item purchased.



 

9. All items must be returned in original condition, not washed and not changed in any way. AGVA Group of Companies reserve the rights to reject any exchange or refund for opened or used product. We shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses as a result.



10. AGVA Group of Companies also reserve the rights to reject any exchange or refund without any proof of purchase. We shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses as a result.
